C’est lors de l’ouverture de la ligue Nationale de Ringuette en 2005-2006 que l’équipe du Révolution de la Rive-Sud s’est joint au circuit. Cette première saison 2005-2006 s’est distinguée par la participation du Révolution au Championnat Canadien à Longueuil en tant qu’équipe hôtesse.
